Weird error message with one client

I have one use that when he or I try to open his mail database gets the
following message. "Error Loading USE or USESLX module: CSUIViewclass". It
doesn't seem to matter if i try to open with an Admin client or lotus notes
client. I have upgraded his client to 7, my Admin client is also 7. Anyone
have any answers on this?
