× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

12. Change TCP/IP domain information
Are the Domain name servers different between the two 400's?
Is the "Host name search priority" different?
Can you ping the dns entries from the trouble 400?
