Upgrade one of our Domino Servers to 6.5.4.  Also upgraded the LEI to 
6.5.4.  Funny thing:

Don't recall EVER seeing an option 1 before a *BASE on DSPSFWRSC before. 
Should I delete option 1 of the following:
