Rob, you don't need a separate IP address just to host a web sit= e.
Domino will share a common one, with all HTTP servers listening on= one
port 80. It then uses the HTTP protocol to decide which web site= to
   send you to.

This is determined in the Internet Sites / Web Site document.
For "Host names or addresses mapped to this site:" make s= ure you have
"WWW.OAKFARMSCHOOL.COM". This is the key, = it tells which site to
serve depending on the HTTP request.

For "Use this web site to handle requests which cannot be mapp= ed to any
other web sites:" set as "NO" (your other web = server probably has YES)

Set your FQ server name for "Domino servers that host this sit= e:"

If you really want a separate IP address, you didn't mention how yo= u
have Domino set up (from past posts, I think I know ;-) By default, i= t
listens on all IP interfaces, but for partitioning it gets changed to
listen on only specific interfaces. You didn't mention if you set th= is
   up or not.

Actually, the previous paragraph might not matter as far at the web server
goes, try putting the numeric IP address in "Host names or addresses mapped
to this site:"

If I missed anything I can take a closer look at our server later o= n, I
can't get to it right now.

   Subject: new website

Been awhile since I've set up a new domino website.

   Did the following
   ADDTCPIFC INTNETADR('192.168.0.62') LIND(LANLIN)
   SUBNETMASK('255.255.255.0')
   STRTCPIFC INTNETADR('192.168.0.62')
   ADDTCPHTE INTNETADR('192.168.0.62') HOSTNAME((WWW.OAKF ARMSCHOOL.COM)
   (OAKFARMSCHOOL.COM))
Had my technicians add the dns entry. Ping of www.oa kfarmschool.com
   works.
Database resides on the same server as the www.dekko.com s= tuff.
Went into my address book. Tried creating a virtual se= rver like the
   rest
of the websites here. Followed that by a tell http qui= t and a load
   http
I can get to it with http://www.dekko.com/thisdb.nsf
But I can't get to it with
   http://www.oarkfarmschool.com/thisdb.nsf<= /a>
Read somewhere that I should use internet sites and not virtua= l
   servers.
Set that up and restart http. Same story.
   NETSTAT OPTION(*CNN)
F13 - sort by local port
   F14=Display port numbers
I can see plenty of 80's with entries like
   Connection identification:
   Remote host name . . . . . . . . . . . = . .
   . :
   Remote internet address . . . . . . . . . .= : *
   Remote port . . . . . . . . . . . . .= . .
   . : *
   Local host name . . . . . . . . . . . . .= .
   . : WWW.DEKKOEXTRUSION.COM
   Local internet address . . . . . . . . .= . :
   192.168.0.27
   Local port . . . . . . . . . . . .= . . .
   . : 80
   Associated user profile . . . . . . . . . . .= :
   QNOTES

But nothing for www.oakfarmschool.com or 192.168.0.62
      What am I doing wrong?
