Hi Patrick, The "internotes" server of Domino is working well on 6.5.3! Not that I'd let Notes clients use it to surf the web, but rather for scheduled agents that need access to external web servers. It works fairly well, though I think it's damn slow... ;-) The LotusScript function GetDocumentByURL needs it active when used in a scheduled agent. There are also some nice MIME classes to sort the web pages out when they are loaded. /Peter "Patrick Trapp" <ptrapp@nex-tech. com> To Sent by: Lotus Domino on the iSeries / AS400 domino400-bounces <domino400@xxxxxxxxxxxx> +peter=pyttemjuk. cc nu@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject Re: Domino 6.5.1 on iSeries V5R2, 2005-01-18 17:53 Notes 6.5 clients Please respond to Lotus Domino on the iSeries / AS400 <domino400@midran ge.com> Maybe I missed this in the thread, but what browser is indicated for these users in their location document? Are they using the (I think) default "Notes with Internet Explorer" or have they been moved to something else? We didn't see that particular error, but we saw enough random funkiness with browser-related Notes issues that we have given up on the Notes browser and change the location document to the desired browser anytime we are mucking around in a location document. The "internotes" in the error makes me wonder, as I think that was a Lotus product for accessing the Internet. I don't know if it was a proxy server or the Notes browser itself, but I haven't heard anything about it since R4 and don't have a lot of faith that it has kept up with the technology on the 'Net. Are you using Trend Micro's Scan Mail for Lotus Notes? I had an issue, when running a slightly dated version of that. It was scrambling my html on some emagazines, etc. Upgrading my servers to the latest Trend version, scan engine, etc., helped. Don't recall getting the error mentioned though. I have some instructions on checking this, if interested.
