Router Task Burning CPU

All:

We are running Domino 6.5 on V5R2. All of the jobs are in Priority 20, and 
running in *BASE. We have seen times when the iSeries comes to virtual 
standstill, and the Domino Router task is taking 60-90% CPU utilization. I 
have asked if we are running the current PTF's for our release, and am 
waiting for that answer. In the meantime, if anyone has any guidance, it 
would be appreciated.
