Finding a technote






When IBM refers me to technote 1116930, how do I find that out their site? 

 I tried selecting software knowledge base at
http://www-912.ibm.com/supporthome.nsf/document/20300257
with no luck.  Google did a fine job though and pointed me to
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=203&uid=swg21116930
