Did you have her try to import her user.id through web access (iNotes)?

Subject
Name Change with No Notes id File

We're need to change one of our user names (she got married), and our
admin tried using the Administrative Service (?). She got it all set up,
but then it asked her for the user's id file, which doesn't exist (our
users all get to domino through web browsers, so they don' t have Notes
clients). Then it just stopped.

Is there any way to use this service if you don't have an id file? Or is
there another way of doing the same thing -- changing the name in one
place and having Notes go out and make all the other changes needed?

Thanks very much,
