Bill, don't think that's an option - figures at the top of the page are dependent on figures entered at the bottom, and visa versa - there isn't a logical way of separating the page. thanks anyway, Rick ---------original message------- Rick, What if the spreadsheet were broken into smaller pieces that took less time to enter the information into? It would require more pages to click through and enter into but the information that was entered would be saved as they went and the time-out value might become less of an issue. Bill
