The easiest thing to by far is to either stick an "appliance" between your mail server and the Internet or perhaps even better a "service". We are using the latter: http://www.cleanmessage.com/ It costs $1/month per user with no obligations. Great thing is that the traffic never even comes to your network. There are a lot of appliances out there as well, if you have a lot of users they might be cost effective.
