Take a look at the following file in the IFS:
/QIBM/UserData/LOTUS/LOTUS_SERVERS
This is a STMF but stream files can be read in CL programs.

Please respond to How to get a list of Domino Servers

Is there an official way to get a list of Domino servers, from a program,
on your iSeries? I know I can do WRKDOMSVR for interactive purposes. But
that's not any good from a nightly unattended backup.
I found some domino api's at:
http://www-12.lotus.com/ldd/doc/AS400/5.0.10
/readas4.nsf/1f573324685cf98d8525647c00605493/1ed3e57c17e6473986256b72005ab608?OpenDocument
However the List Domino Servers API is misleading at best:
1) It looks like it lists only 1 Domino server, not servers
2) Required parameter 3 is the server name. I take it *ALL is not
supported?
3) Required parameter 3 fails to say how to format the server name.
Canonical, hierarchical, simple name. Could I have two partitions with
the same name, but different domains? For example DEKKO/LDAP and
MYOUTSOURCINGCLIENT/LDAP?
4) Required parameter 5 is the format name. However no possible formats
were listed.
5) The data buffer does not contain an offset to the next server, thus a
strong hint that plural is not supported.
6) Honestly I think they are listing the wrong data buffer, because one
of the "Field Descriptions" underneath the data buffer displayed is
"Number of server entries returned", but you'd be hardpressed to find that
field in the buffer description.
I did find a sample CL program at
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/domino/devtools/dominoapi/testsapi.txt
But I'd like some real documentation.
