Sean, Did you customize the existing webmail template, write your own or purchase? Are there lots of rollover effects that would force screen repaints for terminal server users running on slow connections? We're looking for something to give to our users that's an improvement on R4.6/R5 webmail, and iNotes just has too much going on with the UI. Every time you move your mouse, something changes color or a menu drops down, and our remote users find it unusable. Thanks! We find it to be easy to maintain and customize. Our webmail version is very functional compared to the out of the box r5 or r6 versions. We will be upgrading to a hybrid of Inotes and our own webmail so that we can run in all browser versions . We do have an additional 2,000 Notes client users as well. Webmail is the way to go for mail only apps. I do not recommend the Outlook Plugin from Microsoft. It is slow.............................................. Make sure you have a lot of "horsepower" under the hood or multiple http servers for Webmail users. Webmail uses alot of CPU/CPW.
