QNOTESINT library was the result of installing one of the LP options in
Domino release 5.  I believe it was eliminated at some point in the ND6
release, whether at 6, or 6.0.1 or 6.5 though I'm not sure.  We're at 6.5
and don't have QNOTESINT either.
