I've seen that you can just switch to another folder and then back and it will have the changes. You have to exit the mail client and reenter it to see the change. I had received the phone call from IBM after submitting the pmr, prior to noticing your email. In my inbox when I click on an email, but do not open it, I have the following options under reply: Reply Reply with History Reply without Attachments(s) Reply with Internet-Style History If I open the email I have the same. This is a good thing. Now, when I open up one of my other folders, and I click on an email, but do not open it, I have the following options under reply: Reply Reply without Attachment(s) Reply Reply without Attachment(s) This is the problem.
