Installing LEI for Domino 6.0.2 CF1 on iSeries

I am currently trying to install LEI for Domino 6.0.2 CF1 on V5R1.  I get
all the way to step number 19 and when I hit next the install hangs.  I have
left it run for over 2 hours and it never goes anywhere.  I started out with
using Domino 6.0.1 and LEI for that version and received the same results.
I thought that I should try to get the latest and (uhhum) "greatest" version
and see if it is fixed in the latest version, with no luck.  Has anyone
experienced the same?
