What's the difference between SBMDOMCMD and RUNDOMCMD?  Let me guess, the
environment variables?

Where do you download RUNDOMCMD from?

Is there a 'sign' command, like the console commands?  Or would it instead
involve a 'LOAD ...' followed by a 'TELL ... sign mydatabase.nsf'?
