Launch a Domino application from iSeries cmd line?

Anyone know if there is a way to launch a Domino application from an iSeries
command line, and possibly pass it parameters?

I'm back on my search to find a way to "Sign" a domino database (same way
you would sign the database from the administrator client) ... but in an
automated process.

We've found a domino application that will sign the database, but I don't
know how to invoke the application from a CL or RPG program.
