Setting up SSL Using a Domino CA

I am on page 680 of the yellow book "Administering the Domino System 
Release 5".  I am trying to set up SSL and create a certificate request. 
I've created the keyfile.kyr.  Now I am trying to create the Certificate 
Request.  I've done the clipboard thing.  Where I am stuck is "browse to 
the Domino Certificate Authority application on the CA's Web site".  Do 
they mean http://mydominoservername/certsrv.nsf?OpenDatabase or what?
