        Subject: "Network traffic dispatcher"

What is a âNetwork traffic dispatcherâ?
Page 3-4 of the "QuickPlace 3.0 Deployment Guide" says: âTo provide load

balancing for clustered place servers requires installation of a network
dispatcher that accepts QuickPlace requests from clients and redirects
them to an available place server.â
Page 3-33 of that same manual shows this animal in a picture.
