Upgrade by Mail in R6 fails

Upgraded my servers to R6.  Upgrading R5.010 clients. Created Transform 
file using R6.0.1 and placed in accessible network folder and sent Upgrade 
by Mail msg from Administrator to a test group who have admin rights to 
their PCs. Client opens mail and clicks link and gets "You cannot quit 
Notes because a dialog box is active.  Switch to Notes first and close the 
dialog".  I close dilog box and re-click button and get, this time, 
"Unable to locate program".  I am able to shutdown the clients and 
manually run the setup.exe, of the transform file group, and successfully 
upgraded the client. Any thoughts??
