Our global domain document contains:
Alternate Internet domain aliases: groupdekko.com
dekkofoundation.org
mountaincable.com
However, also under messaging, but in Configurations, they all say:
Address lookup: Fullname only
won't that negate that?

What domains do you have defined in the Administrator under Messaging?
Do you have a global domain document defined?

Oops, forgot to change the subject.
Now we noticed that xxxx@dekkofoundation.org will also work.
I guess this leaves the mountain cable fellow off the hook.
Any ideas where to start?

My email address is rob@dekko.com. However if you send mail to
rob@mountaincable.com it comes to me also. Trying to figure out why.
Used to be that I had to do something with short name, like this fellow:
Short name/UserID: emeade@dekko.com
emeade@mountaincable.com
- Is it something I did,
- or something our network people might have done,
- or something that the mountain cable people might have done?
