This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Was running R5.0.8 on partitioned AS/400 at V4R5. Upgraded to R5.0.11. Before upgrade the HelpDesk personnel, QSYSOPR level, could shutdown the Domino servers for backup and restart and visually see, at the WRKDOMSVR screen, the servers' conditions (i.e. Started, Ending, Shutdown, Starting). Since the Domino upgrade they only see see "*UNKNOWN" for the Domino servers. At my level, Domino Administrator, QSECOFR, I clearly see server's conditions. This is causing some concern on HelpDesk supporting maintenance on weekends and not knowing actual condition of servers. This issue has not come up before through a series of R5 upgrades and I'm trying to identify if the Domino R5.0.11 upgrade has affeceted some object authority. Appreciate any input from more experienced AS/400-Domino person.
