Rob,
I certainly don't know for sure, but I don't think you can create a real
Notes/Domino mail message with QtmmSendMail, just a regular MIME message.
Perhaps you can use RPG/Java to create a Notes document that has the
sections set up the way you want and send the document. And since the body
of a Notes/Domino mail message is Rich Text, I don't know if you can
manipulate that programmatically. You may need to set up the sections with
a field or fields in each and fill those fields.

Lotus Notes supports sections in their email. These are the things with
the twistie off to the left from where you can open or close the section.
Is there a way from iSeries email to send an email to Notes users with
collapsible sections?
I am trying to send out a status email every morning. This will report
the status of 4 or 5 areas. And the user can expand each of the areas to
catch the detail.
Currently, to send mail from the iSeries I use the QtmmSendMail api
wrapped up in Dave Leland's SNDEMAIL command. We have Domino running on
this iSeries also.
