MS C++ Run Time Error on R5 Client - question -- DOMINO400

I have uninstalled 4.6.2 client and installed R5 client.  Now I am getting
a Microsoft C++ Runtime error each time I try to click on a URL link.  Any
suggestions where I can go to this resolved?
