Hello,

In checking the AS400 history log I noticed an extremely large number
of the following messages:

Logical unit of work identifier APPN.SIRWA400.X'F1DC4E60208F'.00001
assigned
The message id is CPI835D.

The timing matches up to a couple of Domino agents that rebuild a pair
of databases by basically copying some high record count physical
files in via ODBC and SQL. Because it has to read a master file and
then depending on the contents retrieve on average 80 records from a
detail file I suspect that it is opening and closing a connection for
each master record. Is there any tips I can give the developer that
would reduce the open/close and thus the messages in the history log?

Thanks.
