I am currently on the phone with IBM. I accidentally applied the MF ptf's immediate and locked up the system. Our Main Store Dump is in progress. Technically I was supposed to be able to apply them immediate but just follow the special instructions. They looked so draconian that I decided to try delayed but forgot to enter that option.
