DOLS with Outlook still uses an ID file on the client machine. When you point to the NAB, the user needs to have the User.ID in the Person document, so that DOLS can download the thing. I have found supplying the ID file, and using the "supplied ID file" security option to work more reliably. Maybe this is the issue!?!?!
