We had this happen the other day. Apparently it was caused by a corrupted
Inbox folder.

I fixed it by deleting the ($Inbox) folder, then refreshing the database
design from the main mail template. This will recreate the inbox. New mail
should begin appearing in the inbox again. You can drag and drop the
remaining from the All Documents view to you inbox if you like to keep
everything in the inbox.

If you are not familiar with this process or do not have a design license
ask a friendly local Notes developer or administrator for help

Hi All,

I have a user who says email he is receiving does not go to his inbox. The
user can see new mail in the all documents folder but not his inbox
Any ideas?
