I mark only reminder messages on my calendar DONE so I know what still needs to be taken care of. Many times I need to go back and see when I did something. rob@dekko.com on 11/13/2001 07:38:31 AM Please respond to domino400@midrange.com To: domino400@midrange.com cc: (bcc: Gail L Crane/Johanson/JMC) Subject: Re: Notes question Help me understand here. When I leave a meeting isn't it done? Granted there might be some notes I need to clear up or something. What is the purpose of marking it 'done'? I don't much use the To Do list. I use Word. I find > Word quite easy to shift my priorities around. Dang (tm). Every PIM I've ever used or tried has the ability to handle recurring reminders or to dos or whatever you want to call them, with the ability to mark them complete without removing them from the calendar. Usually by putting a line through the item. And it seems obvious to me that you should be able to mark a meeting 'complete'. We have a sales meeting every 3rd Monday. As each is completed, I want to mark it as such. -- -Jeff New email address: jlcrosby@dilgardfoods.com The opinions expressed are my own and not necessarily the opinion of my company.
