Jeff, I think what you are supposed to be doing is scheduling a To Do. If you pick a date, or a range of dates, for this To Do item then it will appear on your calendar. At least on the first day of the range. I don't know what happens once you get past that date, if it keeps following along. What I suspect would happen is that you'd have to edit that to do list entry to change the date you next plan on working it and using that for the new starting date. I don't much use the To Do list. I use Word. I find Word quite easy to shift my priorities around.
