ADDDOMDOC fails with LDD0068, MCH3601, LDD0012 -- DOMINO400

If you are upgrading Domino.Doc and you get these errors during ADDDOMDOC:

LDD0068-Error trying to access setupdd.nsf file.
MCH3601-Pointer not set for location referenced.

 LDD0012-Add Lotus Domino.Doc ended in error.

 then try
 ADDENVVAR   ENVVAR(DOMDOC_INSTALL)   VALUE(30)
 and try it again.
