I found the answer here: http://www.notesnet.cz/domino/hermes.nsf/361f18b9c832a05fc12563c2006cd176/dbc69e3e72f75522c1256a94007e6eab!OpenDocument Here is what it says: The error is due to either a security fix that was implemented beginning in Domino 5.0.5 or improper agent restriction settings on the Security tab of the Server document in any Domino release. To avoid the issue, Add "Lotus Notes Template Development/Lotus Notes" to the "Run Unrestricted Agents" field of the Agent Restrictions section on the Security tab of the Server document for your DECS server in the NAMES.NSF. I had the same error, and this fixed it. Good luck!
