Question regarding upgrade from Lotus Domino 5.0.1.02 to 5.0.7 -- DOMINO400

We are about to upgrade Lotus Domino on our 170 from 5.0.1.02 to 5.0.7.  We
received the media and the documentation that comes with it.  But, mostly it
talks about a new install.  Where do you find documentation for a upgrade?
Is it as simple as LODRUN and that's it?  Surely, there's more to it than
that!  How do the Notes clients get updates (do they need to be)?  Any help
finding documentation or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
