Error when trying to Dim a New LCCConnection in Lotus Script -- DOMINO400

I have some code that is "creashing:      Dim src As New LCConnection
("db2").

Here is the link ot the error message (Document link: Database 'Domino 5

in Notes Help and it tells me to contact Lotus Customer Support

Here is the errorr message that I am getting:  "Error Creating product
object."

Does anyone know how to help resolve this?
