Out of Office Agent

We are running R5.06a on the AS/400 v4r3 the out of office agent will not
run and the log is producing this error:

AMgr: Agent ('OutOfOffice
OutOfOffice' in 'mail/aburns.nsf') error message: Notes error: The remote 
server is not a known TCP/IP host.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
