Yea, the main purpose of their package is to assist with ISO 9000 stuff. The founders used to be ISO 9000 auditors, then consultants, and now peddle this package. It is the package that really opened my eyes as to what a workflow application is. Modules include: APQP, Calibration, Competition tracking, Corrective Action, Deviation, Document Control, ECR/ECO, Help Desk, In-Contact, Material Control, Material Returns, Meetings, Nonconforming Material, Preventive Action, Preventive Maintenance, Project Control, Purchasing, Quality Audits, Quality Records, Supplier Rating and Inspection, Training, Weighted Inspection. And they throw it all together in one package. I could ramble on and on about it but that's probably off topic. Hope you got your x of y fixed.
