Actually..... That was the lesser of two evils.... Norton was using us as
a beta test site for their OS/400 based version of their product..... It
was an absolute system resource hog and and it would lock up Domino on a
regular basis.... Of course, at least we could restart Domino normally
after Norton... Trend Micro seems to leave HTTP hanging out there in the
subsystem and we can not end the job without an IPL. To this date, those
are the only two solutions for the AS/400 that are available.... (That we
know of, of course!!)

We are just considering using scanmail for Lotusnotes on our AS400.
But if I see those problems , i'am not so sure anymore.
I can not imagin whats going to happen if I have to do an IPL
in the middle of the day.
Are there other good solutions ?
