Re: NOTES ROUTER GONE ASTRAY

                                I have run into a similar situation in which
I was able to fix it by doing the following:

                                TELL ROUTER QUIT
                                LOAD COMPACT MAIL.BOX
                                LOAD FIXUP MAIL.BOX 
                                LOAD UPDALL MAIL.BOX

                                After that I was able to resume normal
operation...... Hope that helps!!!

                                LAST EVENING I LOST MY SYSTEM DURING A POWER
OUTAGE.  UPON COMPLETION OF
                                THE IPL THE NOTES ROUTER APPEARS TO HAVE
TAKEN OVER MY SYSTEM.
                                SYSTEM IS V4R4 RUNNING NOTES 5.0
                                WE USE AS400 ANYMAIL AND NOTES MAIL
                                WRKACTJOBS SAYS THAT SYSTEM IS RUNNING
80-90% IF I END THE NOTES ROUTER
                                USAGE GOES TO 6-10%
                                AS SOON AS I RESTART THE ROUTER  USAGE GOES
BACK TO 80-90%
                                NOTES COUNCIL KEEPS REPEATING  DNS:
NON-EXISTENT DOMAIN
                                THE NOTES ROUTER JOBLOG HAS ERROR FLOATING
POINT UNDERFLOW CONDITION
                                REPEATED OVER AND OVER
                                I HAVE ENDED THE DOMINO SERVER AND RESTARTED
                                I ENDED THE AS400 MAIL SERVER  AND RESTARTED
(ENDMSF)
                                RAN QTMSCLEAN TWICE TO FREE FLOATING MAIL
BLOCKS
                                ANY SUGGESTION WHAT I SHOULD TRY NEXT
