Title: External files, security and ACL

I've just been working with Domino for a few weeks and I've got a problem I can't resolve.
I've created a secure Domino Web server on the AS/400 and it works.
I'm going to create native html web pages created with RPG on a scheduled basis and plug them into the Domino web site.  I've discovered how to configure that with the Domino Administrator.  What I'd like to do is make those web pages available only to a subset of Domino users.  But authority to these pages seems to be everyone or no one.  I can't even see these web pages in Domino Designer and therefore I cannot put any ACL restrictions on them.

Is there a way to get Designer to see these web pages or is there a way to force these web pages into a Domino database in an automated way?
