Domino 504 for AS/400 -- DOMINO400

We have a Passport advantage account.  Therefore we can download 504 
from the Internet.  When you run the self extractor you get the following 
save files:

qnotesht
qnotesin
qnotesls

They are supposed to map to the following:

I guessed:

Anyone care to finish or correct this?
