We have a super duper contract but when you call in you have to listen to a 
bunch of voice mail.  One that you might want to be aware of is that Lotus will 
not be performing any 'per incident' requests or selling any new support 
contracts 
during the Y2K rollover.  Therefore if you want to get support sign the 
contract 
now or wait until the blackout is over.
