I am having the exact same problem.  Just out of curiousity, are you using
flight recording on the 400?

I am running Domino 4.6.5 at V4R4 - have a problem with one person's mail that
has an attachment being sent out and the receiver getting 12-14 copies of the
same mail.   It seems to be happening randomly by a couple of people but only
with attachments.  Any hints of what I can do to correct?
