If you want, I have instructions on how to create an S-Corp without spending a thousand
dollars for someone else to do it. You may want to have someone look it over but that
shouldn't cost as much to have them create it. You can email me directly if you want it.
I have instructions on filling out quarterly and yearly taxes that I file on my own. I
don't pay for a payroll service. I am the only employee in my corporation so it's very
easy. My personal salary out of the corporation is the same every month so I calculate
my taxes only once at the beginning of the year. I have a web site that does the
calculation for me.
I use Quickbooks to keep track of my income and expenses. My CPA uses the
Quickbooks file to do my taxes.
Let me know if you have any questions.
