I am taking on a little side work now. Starting with a job next week. I
already quoted them a very low rate plus expenses. Project is projected
to be very short term. Is a handshake and 1099 agreement acceptable or is
there a minimal contract that is recommended?
I remember stuff in contract language like "not responsible for loss of
business, etc".
I really don't expect to be making enough to justify forming a LLC to
protect personal property against lawsuits.
