iSeries EDI Consulting Opportunity in Jackson, Michigan

We have several large high profile EDI projects that we expect to last for
at least several months. These projects would include analysis,
programming, mapping and implementation support.

We are in need of an EDI consultant with the required skills as listed
below:



Dawn Food Products environment:

. Inovis Trusted Link translator software (required)

. Bizconnect - AS2 communications

. Sterling Commerce VAN

. iSeries 570 V5 R4 with multiple partitions



Sr. EDI Programmer/Analyst skill sets:

. Understands AS/400, OS/400, RPGIV/ILE and CL and has the ability
to monitor and engage in maintenance. (required)

. Understands and has experience with maintaining or enhancing
SQL/AS400 environment that develops EDI interface for clients.

. Ideally, ability to engage in EDI projects providing all lead and
technical functions from analysis, interface programming, partner
communications-configuration-setup(mapping), testing and go-live activities.


. Experience working with Trusted Link software in an iSeries
environment. (required)

. Handle translator issues, updating trading partners profiles,
reading and handling translator reports.

. Communicate with business and technical staff on ability of EDI
and other areas of need.

. Optional but highly desirable - experience developing XML
formats.
