Three Month Contract in New York City

Anybody know anything about it.  More than one agency on the prowl for awhile.
  
  I would go mostly to check out the Big Apple.  Seems like junior  programmer 
work.
  
  A downtown New York City agency is looking for a consultant to
   function as an  RPG /400 Programmer for a three months
   period.
   
   MANDATORY:
   ---Minimum of four years IBM midrange AS/400
   OS/400 Operating System
   ---Minimum four years in coding program in
    RPG /400, ILE CL, DSPF, SUBFILES, PRINTER FILES, PF, LF, SQL, DB2,
   IFS, COBOL/400, SDA and DFU
   ---Minimum 3 years in analytical and
