RFP - Steel distributor looking for new software.

I was talking to a friend of mine this weekend.  He is a principal at this 
steel distributor.  They have a few divisions.  One cuts rebar down to fit 
a jobs requirements.  One rents forms for concrete work.  Etc.

He has prepared a 40 page RFP.

While he has a strong IS background, that is not his main job anymore.

They Greenstreaked their 400.

Looked like he was leaning towards a 400 or NT based system.

to find out more information about them, but that looked like a crude ftp 
site.

Got the "under construction" page in several languages.
A search at google.com for ambassador steel turned up a few of their 
distributors and industry affiliations.
