if your target audience is on dialup, go the web page route, otherwise you
risk folks never seeing your ppp, because they don't want to wait to
download the plug-in, or wait for the ppp to load.

I'm assuming that 'saving to web' is actually creating html pages with
imbedded images and doesn't need a plug-in too.
