Web Publishing ??

Okay,

        Using Original HTTP Server, I need to publish a Power Point
presentation. (2000). If I save as a Web it creates a folder full of stuff,
If I just put the Presentation pout there it appeares to launch a browser
based PP Viewer.

        Which are people more likely to be able to work with in general,
assuming slow sped dial on the users end, which is going to server quicker
??
