That's really wonderful, and I wish you the best luck. One red flag though, halved at your age could be some kind of really nasty job discrimination going on, and that is double more likely since you said it happened to other people as well. You might want to check into that and if it is the case, go for the juggler. That is really dirty pool, to use people though thier most productive years, and then throw them away when they get near expensive retirement status.
